The organic chlorine incineration facility is designed to incinerate organic chlorides and recover hydrochloric acid. It incinerates chlorine-containing organic substances and waste hydrochloric acid containing organic materials at temperatures exceeding 1000°C, completely oxidizing the organic matter and recovering the chlorine as hydrochloric acid.
